Juan Cool Dude is a 4-year-old bay gelding by Profitable who progressed into a top-class sprinter, won King’s stand stakes at 4 and runner up at 5, speedy family and out of Invernata a winner over 1 mile 4 furlongs.

Juan Cool Dude was a £35,000 yearling in 2021. He has been snapped up from the sales at a snip. He has only ran three times, twice before he was gelded where both times he missed the break completely, so you can draw a line under both runs. His last time, he stepped up further in trip finished 5th behind Baaeed’s half-brother Naqeeb who is now rated 104. He is now on an opening handicap mark of 55 and sure to be very well handicapped.

Shares will only cost £1.00 for 1/100th (1%) yes just £1.00 for 1% outright ownership with 12 x £37.50 monthly subscription.

Our 4-year-old gelding called Juan Cool Dude will be put into a VIP syndicate exclusive for 80 members who will own 1/100th (1%) of the horse including bloodstock, each share will cost only £1.00 with 12 monthly payments of £37.50 towards training, racing and vet costs. The Club will retain 20% of the horse so 80% will be divided by 80 shares.

• 80 shares available for £1.00 each for 1/100th (1%)
• Subscription of £37.50 per month per share for 12 months towards all training, racing, vets’ fees.
• Max share’s per person is Two owning 2% of Juan Cool Dude (total £2.00 plus £75.00 per month)
• 80% of the owner’s prize money will be divided between the 80 shares available.
• Any unsold shares will be owned by the club.
• Prize Money paid out quarterly.
• Subscription must run for a minimum 6 months and thereafter you can end the term and sell your share back for the £1.00 price paid and this will be then resold back to the club and resold amongst members.
• The same will apply if you run for the 12 months you can opt to end the term or continue for another 12 months.
• There will be no other fees etc no matter what throughout the term.
• If the horse is sold or claimed in a race any shares held at the time will receive 1/100th of the sale price.
• Should the Syndicate Manage (Club Owner) decide the horse’s value has significantly increased due to achieving success on the track, the Syndicate Manager has the option to allow the syndicate member to vote to sell the horse with the Syndicate manager having the casting vote if a 40/40 split.
• All veterinary decisions will be made between the trainer and for the best welfare of the horse.
• 20 race day badges available every time he runs for syndicate horses.
• He will have a unique profile page with a shareholder’s section for topics regarding the horse.
• If Juan Cool Dude has to be retired due to injury, then the syndicate will cease, monthly payments will end and the share purchase price will be non-refundable.
