Duke of Vienna is an exceptionally well-bred 4-year-old gelding by the champion sire Justify the USA Triple Crown Winner. An unbeaten in six 3-year-old starts who stands at $100,000 stud fee and he is out of Dramatically a middle-distance winner rated a high of 96.
We are looking at an all-weather campaign over the winter. He will be a dual-purpose horse if he takes to hurdles. He showed real promise on his last start from off the pace to be in contention to finish 5th so gelding will give him a much-improved attitude and performance and will come back on a winnable handicap mark.
Duke of Vienna is our 4-year-old gelding. A VIP syndicate exclusive for 80 members is available to own a share in him. You will own 1/100th (1%) of the horse including bloodstock. Each share will cost £150.00 with 12 monthly payments of £40.00 towards training, racing and vet costs. The Club will retain 20% of the horse and 80% will be divided by 80 shares.

- Subscription of £40.00 per month per share for 12 months towards all training, racing, vets’ fees.
- Max share’s per person is five owning 5% of Duke of Vienna (total £750.00 plus £200.00 per month)
- 80% of the owner’s prize money will be divided between the 80 shares available.
- Any unsold shares will be owned by the club.
- Prize Money paid out quarterly.
- Subscription must run for a minimum 6 months and thereafter you can end the term and sell your share back for the £150.00 price paid and this will be then resold back to the club and resold amongst members.
- The same will apply if you run for the 12 months you can opt to end the term or continue for another 12 months.
- There will be no other fees throughout the term.
- If the horse is sold or claimed in a race any shares held at the time will receive 1/100th of the sale price.
- Should the Syndicate Manage (Club Owner) decide the horse’s value has significantly increased due to achieving success on the track. The Syndicate Manager has the option to allow the syndicate member to vote to sell the horse with the Syndicate manager having the casting vote if a 40/40 split.
- All veterinary decisions will be made between Stephen and the trainer with the final decision being made for the best welfare of the horse.
- Race day badges available every time he runs.
- He will have a unique profile page with a shareholder’s section for topics regarding the horse.
- If Duke of Vienna has to be retired due to injury then the syndicate will cease, monthly payments will end and the share purchase price will be non-refundable.
By purchasing this product you agree to the above T&Cs and to the monthly subscription involved in 1/100th part ownership of Duke of Vienna.
