Sarceaux is a 4-year old grey filly that we claimed last year from France, she has already broken her maiden tag in only her second race in France on the flat, she is by the sire Rajsaman (Jersey Grey’s Sire) a 1m Listed winner at 2 and later a high-class miler, G1 placed, sire of dual classic winner Brametot.
She can stay 2 miles so we have schooled her over hurdles and with her three runs behind we will get her opening mark of about 103 she prefers good ground, so we will be looking now for a summer campaign over hurdles or maybe over the flat, she is one of the most genuine types and Alex says she is a pleasure to train.
She has been highly tried in Class 1 & 2 races so far and must be a sure-fire winner when dropped into handicap company for the first time.
