China Princess is now a seven-year-old mare by the sire Shantou who was a top-class 12-14f performer who won the St Leger and Princess of Wales stakes and is a high-class NH sire is out of the Dam Back Log.
China Princess is already a 2-time winner and has been running in big field mare’s handicaps over in Ireland and acts on any ground, she will be ideal to drop into the mares only races from distances from 2 miles 2 up to 3 miles and will get in carrying a lightweight, with fields currently small she will follow in a similar route to Sarceaux in race types and class. She has been kept up to her fitness so we should be looking at running her in a few weeks’ time.
