Apache Eagle is a lovely bred 4 year old grey gelding by the sire – New Approach who is a five-time Group 1 winner over 7 – 12 furlongs when 2 and 3-years-old. Breeding includes an excellent sire including Dawn Approach, Masar and Talent. Apache Eagle is out of Yanabeeaa – a winner over 1 mile 3 furlongs.

On his first run for the club, he finished a creditable 5th place. He will be extremely well handicapped. While training at home, he will be schooled over hurdles with a view to take him juvenile hurdling over the winter months. He has shown a good attitude and will be an exciting horse to follow.

Apache Eagle – Trainer update

Apache Eagle has shown a good attitude at home and has progressed well. He is only a 3 year old – soon to be 4 in the New Year – and not far of his first run for the club. He has two entries coming up for the 20th and 23rd of January.
