Near Dark looked really well on the gallops this week. She is improving daily with her fitness and she shouldn’t be too far from having her first run for the club.
Irene’s Pearl is the eyecatcher on the gallops. She has improved enough to enter her for Worcester on Monday and Adam Wedge has been booked to ride. Hopefully she will get in as she is one of the ballot horses…
Pennsylvanie ran a cracking race first time back from her break. She has come out of the race well and got lots of extra feed to build her back up, she is an exciting horse for the future.
Boolamore Glory will have one more Blister to his legs, then have 3-6 weeks turnout, before bringing him back into work. Aiming for him to be ready early Springtime, he will come back incredibly well handicapped.
Blitz Spirit has now been turned out for a few months. She needs to have an easy time away from work, she will be with other mares and enjoy the good weather along with getting plenty of grass and feed…
Annie Nail has settled into her new home while she recovers, she is well looked after and enjoying the easy time and the good weather, she is out daily having a pick of grass as well as been well fed…
Sarceaux is going really well at home. This has been her best week so far, she’s looking fantastic albeit a little fat but that will soon come off as we continue to work her.
Kyber Crystal is looking great and she is declared at Bath on Saturday. If she puts in the run from Brighton she should go very close.
